DRESSING:
Hook: 8 - 12 long
Mounting thread: black.
Tail: deer hair fiber tips. Alternatively a bunch of pheasent tail fibers.
Body: deer hair.
Hackles: two turns of partridge hackles.
Notes: Optional two to three darker hair
turns at the back when imitating E.danica. It works well on vulgata hatches too or as a search pattern.
To enhance buoyancy mount a gray or grizzly palmered body.
